Hozier has revealed the video for his new single, 'Someone New', starring Game Of Thrones' Natalie Dormer. Watch it below.
The intensely catchy and soulful song is the latest to be taken from Hozier's self-titled debut album, which reached No.5 in the UK and No.2 in the US.
The video is slightly less intense than 'Take Me To Church', which dealt with violent homophobia in Russia and gained 27 million YouTube views, but it's characteristically sombre and thought-provoking.
Dormer, who's also known for her roles in Hunger Games and The Tudors, plays a young woman who imagines herself in romantic situations with strangers she passes while making her way, alone, through the city at night.

Speaking about the video, Dormer said, ""I find Hozier's music always deals in the most visceral way with the contradictions that make us human. It was a joy to be a part of the 'Someone New' video, which for me explores the struggle in all our heads between the Real and Imaginary; it plays with ideas of how loneliness and isolation are two different things and the weight or lightness we can attach to loving another person."
Hozier is planning three London dates in June. Buy tickets below.
