Earlier this month, Bjork unveiled the rather bizarre, slightly suggestive artwork for the physical release of Vulnicura. Here, we see the artwork come to life in what she has referred to as a “moving album cover”.
Both the artwork and the video were designed by Bjork and Andrew Thomas Huang (who also worked on her 'Mutual Core' and 'Black Lake' videos).
In this video, we see an animated Bjork laying on a rock in the middle of a field. Purple goo begins oozing out of her, covering her entire body and exposing her real face. She then begins “sewing” up the hole in her chest and walks away unscathed.
