Taylor Swift brought Julia Roberts and Joan Baez onstage during her California gig on Saturday (15 August) - the latest in a string of female celebrities to join Swift on her 1989 tour.
Back in June, Swift performed in London's Hyde Park as part of British Summer Time festival, during which she brought out Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss, Serena Williams, Kendall Jenner and many more.
At other points in her world tour, the singer - who has become an outspoken champion of female friendship and feminism in recent years - has welcomed the likes of Orange Is The New Black's Uzo Aduba, Rachel Platten and the US women's football team onto her stage.
Last night, the left-field celebrity cameos continued in the form of Academy Award-winning actress Julie Roberts and folk singer Joan Baez, both of whom, to be completely honest, seemed mildly uncomfortable throughout.

Later, Swift posted a tweet calling the two women her "heroes."

Last week, a 13-year-old Taylor Swift fan was left in a "serious condition" after falling off the stadium balcony at her Seattle show.
