We can't stress this enough, popstars - you really, really need to look where you're putting your feet on-stage. As you can see in the video below, 5 Seconds Of Summer's Michael Clifford learned this the hard way.
"Wembley Arena doesn't like me much," tweeted Clifford after the incident - because just a few months back, at the same venue, his hair caught fire from a rogue pyrotechnic, forcing the band to cut short their gig.
This time around, just a few seconds after starting their performance at the Radio 1 Teen Awards, Clifford took a confident step to the left and plummeted off the stage in fairly dramatic fashion. Thankfully, he wasn't too badly injured.

"WHY DO I ALWAYS HURT MYSELF," he tweeted following the incident, adding, "all good geezers. On crutches for the next few days. don't look at my funny pls lolz."
5 Seconds Of Summer's second album, Sounds Good Feels Good, is out now if that's your thing.
