A mysterious trailer for Drake’s highly anticipated studio album Views From The 6 has just emerged online and suggests the release date will be 6 January 2016.
The team behind Drake’s album aren’t giving too much away and this is only a leaked teaser so we can’t be certain that this will drop then. But all signs are pointing toward the early new year release and it comes as encouraging news for fans as it's Drake's biggest project to date and he first alluded to details of it back in 2014.

Throughout 2015 Drake has substantiated his position as the world's favourite rapper and has had great success with hits such as ‘Hot Line Bling’ which has seen him hit 72 million YouTube streams. Meanwhile his track ‘Back To Back’, which is a response to Meek Mill who's been feuding with Drake, has been one of his biggest hits this year. Drake also released a platinum selling album/mixtape with If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
The rapper's success as a recording artist has led to a net worth of $75 million and this upcoming fifth proper release is likely to add to his platinum selling success and be one of the highest grossing albums of next year.
