White Lies have said that they're 'nervous but excited' about making their main stage debut at Reading & Leeds festival later this month. Watch our video interview with the band below.
Speaking to Gigwise, frontman Harry McVeigh said that the event meant a lot to them - both as patrons and as a band.
"Reading and Leeds has always been a great festival for us," he said. "It's always been a festival that we grew up on and as a band it's a festival that we always went to as young teenagers. It holds a place close to our hearts and we always have really great shows there."
Harry continued: "It's a very important show for us and I'm really excited actually. It's going to be daunting. I always get nervous before shows, especially ones like that where it means a lot to you. We're nervous and excited. It will be one of the first shows that we play once the album is out."
