Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke played an extremely small set at Leopalooza (not Lollapalooza) festival over the weekend.
Engaging in one of his signature scaled-back shows, which previously have seen him play at Glastonbury and Corsica Studio, just to name a few. According to reports there were around 30 peple in attendance (not including the 7 bar staff), with the show taking place in an exclusive backstage area.
"Thom is a good friend of the festival and he understands the DIY ethos of this independent event," said Cai Waggett, one of the organisers. "He offered a late-night set in our backstage area as a little exclusive, playing alongside the excellent DJ Samo. It was purposely kept quiet until very close to his performance so as not to overshadow anything else going on at the time."

One onlooker told the NME: "He’s probably the most influential artist of the past decade and here he is prepping to play to half a dozen drunk hippies."
Meanwhile, Radiohead have begun working on the follow up to King of Limbs, with Johnny Greenwood confirming that he and Thom Yorke had begun writing over email.
