Despite tabloid reports to the contrary, Kate Bush fans are not actually 'outraged' about the setlist of her hugely-anticipated comeback gigs at all.

The reclusive star, who performed for the first time in 35 years this week, received ecstatic reviews and multiple standing ovations at the Hammersmith Apollo. However reporting in the Metro newspaper today under the headline ‘Kate gets Bush-whacked’ is a news story hooked around a a solitary tweet from an outraged fan who is apparently demanded their money back.

The fan in question is electronica producer Mint Royale (real name Neil Claxton), best known for remixing 'Singin in the Rain' and big beat banger 'Sexiest Man in Jamaica'. Claxton sent a jokey tweet yesterday morning at 10.13am.

At time of writing it has had one retweets and a single favourite. Despite not having seen the show yet (and with the clear implication that Claxton may not even have tickets in the first place) this was enough to convince the Metro of evidence of a Bush backlash.

Naturally enough Claxton is now being accused of being attention seeking by irate Bush fans - the vast majority of which were overwhelmed with glee. He does however, appear to be taking it all in good stead:

Kate Bush played her first show in 35 years on Tuesday at the Hammersmith Apollo. Her set list included 'Running Up That Hill', 'Hounds Of Love' and 'Cloudbursting'.

Kate Bush still has 20 dates left at The Hammersmith Apollo before the show comes to a climax on 1 October.
