After being hospitalized and undergoing an emergency MRI, Kanye West performed a two hour concert on stage in Australia.
Reports differ on whether West suffered a seizure or an intense migraine but according to Australia’s Woman’s Today, West was rushed through the back entrance of Melbourne's Epworth Hospital, surrounded by high security. There are a number of reports patients were cleared out of waiting room and consulting rooms so West could receive private trreatment.
According to TMZ, West was discharged at 4.30pm yesterday before being headlining the Rod Laver Arena later that evening.
The resulting concert appears to have been triumphant with West performing 24 tracks, including two renditions of 'Blood On The Leaves' and three of 'Niggas In Paris'. He was also joined on stage by support act Pusha T.
West is set to play Friday and Saturday in Sydney and then in Monday in Brisbane.
As Billboard reports, West' tour was originally scheduled in May, but was postponed with a statement blaming ”unexpected timing requirements to finish his highly anticipated new studio album.”
