Jon Hopkins has announced plans for a four-track EP, Asleep Versions, which contains slowed-down versions of Immunity tracks.
The news follows Hopkins' triumphant performance at London's Royal Festival Hall last Friday, where he performed songs from Mercury-nominated 2013 album Immunity.
His new EP, which is intended to be heard as one single 25-minute piece, comprises decelerated re-imaginings of tracks from Immunity. It also features additional vocals from the lead vocalist of Braids and Blue Hawaii, Raphaelle Standell-Preston.
