XL record label boss Richard Russell has praised Jai Paul and expressed hope that he will release new material soon.
Fans are still clamouring for a new Jai Paul release, with a petition for XL to put out last years album leak surfacing online in December 2013. Since then there has been no word on new material.
"I don't know what he’ll do next," said Russell, in an interview with Pitchfork. "I just want someone of his unbelievable caliber to keep making stuff, and, hopefully, we’ll hear it."
"The fact that people want to hear it so much in this incredibly overcrowded world of music is a testament to how special it is. I mean, we released very good one-off records early on in the days of XL, and he's beyond a one-off - he's already properly put out two things."

Judging by the calibre of the leaked LP, we're sure whatever comes will be no less than brilliant.
