Royksopp have released new single 'Skulls' and have revealed they will release their final album The Inevitable End in November 2014.
Their first full length effort since 2010's Senior, the Norweigan duo have said in a press release that this album will be their last release of this type but did outline they would still work together in the future.
"We feel like this is a goodbye to the traditional album format. In our consecutive run of albums, we have been able to say what we want to say and do what we want to do with the LP. We're not going to stop making music, but the album format as such, this is the last thing from us."
The pair have also unveiled new single 'Skulls', which will feature on the album alongside a reworking of 'Monument' with Robyn, a track which appeared on their collaborative Do It Again EP earlier this year.

The Inevitable End will be released on 11 November through CherryTree/Interscope records.
