Mastodon have opened a twerking competition for fans to win tickets to any of their upcoming gigs.
Following on from the intentionally controversial, arse filled video for 'The Motherload', the band have chosen to take things even further. Now fans can win entry to any of the upcoming shows by simply shaking what their mother gave them. Cue a cavalcade of gyrating metalheads...
The competition will take place on Facebook, by attaching the following caption to their entry: "I want to see Mastodon on [INSERT DATE OF THE SHOW YOU WANT TO ATTEND] at [INSERT VENUE OF SHOW YOU WANT TO ATTEND]. Check out my #Asstodon."

Apparently additional points will be awarded from the band for fans who dust of their "asstodon" shorts for the entry.
