Yes, the rumours were true - Muse have been confirmed as the second headliner for Download Festival 2015.
They may come as somewhat of a shock choice for many metalheads, but Muse have already been confirmed for a number of hard rock festivals across Europe, having been working on a 'heavier' seventh album with legendary AC/DC producer Matt Lange.
They'll be joining previously announced headliners Slipknot, with Muse topping the bill on Saturday 13 June - a day which also sees Faith No More, A Day To Remember and Marilyn Manson confirmed.
Kiss are believed to announced as final headliner, after frontman Gene Simmons 'leaked' his day's line-up via Twitter last week.
Download Festival 2015 will take place at Donington Park from Friday 12 - Sunday 14 June. For tickets and more information, visit here.
