The first batch of 57th Annual Grammy Award Nominations have been revealed with Sam Smith dominating proceedings and a host of Gigwise favourites receiving nods.
Winners will be announced on 8 February 2015 at the awards ceremony. We're delighted to see Alt J, Arcade Fire, Childish Gambino, St Vincent, Beck, Ryan Adams, Haim, Jack White and many more receive a nod, although as ever, some are more questionable decisions (U2's sneaky early selling worked a treat and Cage The Elephant's inclusion is baffling).
