DJ Neil Fox, also known as Dr. Fox, has been arrested over further sexual assault allegations.
The veteran radio personality was arrested on Monday 8 December and later released on bail. The charges relate to three alleged assault allegations, on top of four previous accusations. He was arrested for the first time on 30 September and is expected in court in March 2015.
He said in a statement: "[I'm] obviously extremely upset about these allegations. [I] strenuously deny these allegations. [I've been] with my legal team this afternoon trying to answer the police questions as best we possibly can, of course, and helping them as much as we can."
Police have conducted searches in west London and the Littlehampton area of West Sussex in connection with the case.
The charges are unrelated to the operation Yewtree investigation conducted after the death of Jimmy Saville.
