The man who forever embody the wit and wisdom of The Dude, Jeff Bridges has released an album entitled Sleeping Tapes designed to help cure insomnia.
In this year's crowded field of Superbowl ads - selfie-aware Kim Kardashian! Bud Puppy! Naked Charlotte McKinney! - one ad particularly caught our attention. Website builder and CMS Squarespace have teamed up with the Oscar winning Jeff Bridges for Sleeping Tapes. The 11 track album is designed to relax you, guide you through mediations and features tracks with titles like "Seeing With My Eyes Closed"," "Ikea," and "Hummmmm."

By way of explanation, Bridges says on the site: "The world is filled with too many restless people in need of rest – that's why I filled my sleeping tapes with intriguing sounds, noises and other things to help you get a good night's rest. "
"While working on the Sleeping Tapes album, we put in some long hours," Bridges told the Wall Street Journal. "Listening back to our day’s works, I'd often drift off. I'd wake up and smile saying, 'This stuff works.'"
100 per cent of the proceeds go to No Kid Hungry and there are deluxe editions available, including one super premium one featuring artwork by Bridges himself. Download the album at dreamingwithjeff.com
