Fresh from the release of his hugely acclaimed solo album Matador, Gaz Coombes is the latest artist to be confirmed to play at Field Day festival 2015, in London's Victoria Park.
Having received some of the best reviews of his career (both solo and as part of Supergrass) it looks like Coombes is set for a great festival season. Coombes is joined on Sunday at Field Day by a host of different artists with ranging styles, including Patti Smith, Ride and Jane Weaver.
The event is rapidly shaping up as a genuine showcase of some of the best indie and forward thinking electronica in the UK - any festival that boasts not performances by Jack Garratt, Run The Jewels, Todd Terje and Radiohead's Philip Selway is alright by us.
