Tickets for Supergrass turned solo star Gaz Coombes' May UK tour go on sale today (27 February) at 9am. Full dates and ticket details are below.
Coombes recently released a new single entitled 'Detroit', alongside an interesting music video, which seemed to outline both perseverence and escape at the same time.
Taken from his acclaimed new solo album Matador, the clip consists of cinematic shots of a man simply running determinedly through the city, out into the countryside, where he proceeds to run through beautiful scenery - as if he has escaped the city's drudgery. The track itself is calming, yet also gently commands your attention. Easy, empathetic, enjoyable listening.
