Diplo posted a picture to Instagram over the weekend, hinting that he might be collaborating with Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant.
The picture, which you can see below, is accompanied by the caption “Collab coming soon”. While no more details regarding the possible collaboration have been revealed, Diplo is no stranger to regularly collaborating with other artists (Madonna, Ezra Koenig, Jessie J).
Major Lazer recently announced that their next album, Peace Is The Mission, is in the works and is expected to be released this summer. They’ve already revealed that it will feature collaborations with the likes of Ellie Goulding, Ariana Grande and MØ, so perhaps Plant will make a surprise appearance on the LP. Alternatively, the pair could be working on a Diplo track or a Robert Plant track. Or Diplo could just be trolling us all.
