After months of hype, speculation and criticism, both from music fans and the band's peers, Metallica had a lot to prove when they took to the stage to headline Glastonbury last night. And boy did they do that.
The band went down a storm (sorry, too soon?) with a crowd who had clearly decided to turn up with open minds. Their hunting parody at the start was met with an understandably mixed reaction (hunting bears for sport is really funny guys!), but the music spoke for itself.
