Queen Minaj is back: When Nicki picked up her fifth consecutive gong for Best Female Hip Hop Artist, she took the opportunity to let the world know she's back with a bang. Making jibes at rappers who don't write their own lyrics, she declared, "When Nicki Minaj spits, Nicki Minaj wrote it." She also performed a rather bonkers rendition of her new single 'Pills N Potions', complete with a motorbike and giant rabbit.

Last night's BET Awards went on for almost 4 hours. That's a rather long time. Luckily, we picked out the best bits for you.
The ceremony, which annually celebrates African Americans and other minorities in music, television and sports, took place at LA's Nokia Theatre and saw performances from the likes of Pharrell, Nicki Minaj and Jhene Aiko.
Other highlights included an almost Adele Dazeem moment with Lionel Richie, Chris Brown dressed in the worst outfit we've ever seen, Nicki Minaj throwing some mega shade, Tupac reincarnated, and Robin Thicke continuing to be a really terrible human being.
