As you may have heard, the weather wasn't exactly five solid days of 25 degree sunshine at this year's Glastonbury. It was quite the opposite, because it's Glastonbury.
It seems Mother Nature wasn't all that impressed with Metallica headlining the Saturday night either, as she proceeded to unload a biblical amount of rain over Worthy Farm that turned the 900 acre festival into a mudbath of epic proportions. Even the celebrities that rocked up weren't safe from the relentless sea of sticky sludge.
If you decided to eschew wellies, you were instantly a class A fool. Weirdly, many festival-goers opted for bafflingly inappropriate footwear such as flip flops and CROCS. They're pictured in this gallery to shame them. We're assuming they have trench foot by now.
You'll feel a lot better about not getting a ticket when you feast your eyes on the muddiest photos of Glastonbury 2014. Here are 9 of them.
