George Ezra has covered Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' in BBC Radio 1's live lounge, watch it below.
As well as performing his current single 'Blame It On Me', Ezra took on the pop classic, made famous by Lauper in 1983.
Rather than embracing the energy of the original, Ezra instead opted for a more stripped back version of the track, with just his famously husky vocals over delicate drums and jangly guitars, however his embrace of the falsetto in the chorus is rather special.

This rounds off a hugely successful 2014 for George Ezra, who released his debut album Wanted On Voyage to critical acclaim earlier this year, whilst also performing a string of huge festival slots over the summer.
