Adele's latest single, 'Hello' has already topped the iTunes chart and smashed a couple of records on it's way up within four days of the track's release.
The track that teases Adele's forthcoming third album, 25, is currently sitting at the top of the iTunes chart in 102 different countries - bare in mind that there are only 196 counties in the world, that's a clear majority which makes Adele a bona fide global superstar.
The track is expected to have the biggest opening week of any UK single all year. It's trajectory is set to beat Ellie Goulding's 'Love Me Like You Do' which was released back in February with a measly 173,000 combines streams and sales.
The singer is also on track to conquer the US charts for the most downloaded single of all time, a record currently held by Flo Rida and 'Right Round.
Her last album, 21, sold 30 million copies worldwide, so no pressure on the new release. Although speaking to BBC last week, Adele doesn't seem to be feeling the weight of expectation: "I feel like every album I'm ever going to write is always going to be following 21". She said: "No matter what this album does, my next record's going to be following 21."

With rumours of a Glastonbury headline slot and her new album out 20 November, even press tour blunders can't dampen what is going to be an incredible year for Adele, a year well deserved we think.
