Once described as "the rap equivalent of a rock & roll garage band", EPMD are returning to London next week to perform at the Brooklyn Bowl as part of the world famous venue's Godfathers of Hip Hop series.
Taking place Thursday, June 9th, Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith will be on hand to deliver a dose of their hard-hitting underground Hip Hop that during the late 80s and early 90s solidified them as one the best duos in the game. Over the course of four albums, the duo's rhymes were nothing less than incredible, simply undervalued. With a feel for a good groove, EPMD created numerous classic cuts, including "It's My Thing", "You Gots To Chill", "Da Joint", "Rampage", and more.
Support on the night comes from Hip Hop hybrid collective Jungle Brown and multi-award winning rapper Ms. Banks, with DJ Jonezy manning the ones and twos.
Tickets are £20 in advance or £23 on the door and you can get them here.
