Glastonbury 2016 kicks off with the first bands performing tonight, with the usual secret sets planned and rumoured performances from the likes of Radiohead, Iggy Pop, The Last Shadow Puppets and more all tipped for the weekend.
Tonight (Thursday), sees the traditional 'TBA' slots in place at the William's Green Stage, with Two Door Cinema Club, Rat Boy and The Last Shadow Puppets rumoured to be performing 'secret' set at 10pm - as DMA's have since been confirmed for the 9pm slot.
Radiohead remain a strong rumour to appear on The Common at some point throughout the weekend, while whisperings have started to spread of Iggy Pop playing a surprise show with his supergroup with Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme and Dean Fertita with Arctic Monkeys' Matt Helders on drums. The rumour arose as Iggy and the band appear in London this week to film an episode of The Graham Norton Show, as well as host The Art Of Post Pop Depression exhibition at The Flood Gallery.
It would just be rude for them to not pop over to Glastonbury, right? Here's hoping. We caught them at London's Royal Albert Hall and it was probably the best gig of the year so far.
All Saints are also said to be appearing on the BBC Introducing Stage at some point, which would be ace.
Meanwhile, other rumoured secret sets throughout the weekend are from the likes of DMAs, James, Charlotte Church, and NZCA lines - and the overly optimistic belief that Rihanna, Paul McCartney, Beyonce and/or The Stone Roses may make an appearance.
The key currently unfilled slots to keep an eye on are also on the BBC Introducing Stage throughout the weekend - having seen surprise appearances from the likes of HAIM, Mumford & Sons and The xx in recent years.
