British electronic duo Goldfrapp have teased their upcoming new record, by posting a looping clip on Instagram. Check out the video below.
After launching an official band Instagram account and sharing new artwork with fans over the last month or so, the band have unveiled a short teaser of new music on the social media platform.
Captioned '#goldfrapp7', the looping video shows a mystery figure in the desert as synth bass pulses play out. Intriguing.
The clip and artwork for the new record was proceeded by posts of previous six album covers on their Instagram account.
Goldfrapp last released an album in 2013, which saw the release of Tales Of Us. 2005's hit-packed Supernature is their most successful to date, and features the huge single 'Ooh La La' and 'Number 1'.
News of new material first came in 2015, when Alison Goldfrapp tweeted fans to say they had gone back into the studio. She claimed the record would be out in 2017.
It's expected that tour dates will follow the new material, though there's not yet any release date for a single or album.
