Citadel is returning to Victoria Park this summer and has announced Foals, Bonobo, and Laura Marling alongside a myriad other enticing bands.
The festival, which is only in its third ever year, proudly present Foals are one of the best live bands the UK has to offer and their festival sets are explosive and unmissable.
Bonobo recently played Brixton Academy and according to Gigwise reviewer, Jack Beadle, "on album six, he's in the finest fettle as he's ever been."
Meanwhile, the multi award-winning musician Laura Marling is scheduled to release her highly-anticipated sixth album, Semper Femina, shortly so expect new material and old favourites from her mesmerising set
Other highlights include anarchic American punks Twin Peaks, Kitsune signed retro poppers, Parcels, and Mercury Prize-nominated Wild Beasts. Reviewer Ross McTaggart was down at Wild Beasts' Omeara gig near London Bridge and was full of praise for the "compelling" performers.
In addition to the bands (as if that's not enough!?) there are plenty of quirky on going to keep people entertained. There's yoga, aerobics, roller skating fiddle players, Sofar Sounds; and, of course, this is East London, so there's some craft beers and trendy hipster street food to top things off.
