Royksopp and Robyn's new collaboration is the biggest thing in electropop in 2014, and the Scandinavian stars have today shared the first fruits of their labour. Listen to an extract of new track 'Monument' below.
The slow, brooding track features solid, melancholy production from the Norwegian dance stars, while the distintive, powerful vocals of Robyn sound better than ever as she delivers a confident, restrained topline. It's very, very impressive indeed and comes as the first track from the collective's new mini album, Do It Again, which is released 26 May 2014.

'Monument' is not the first single from the new collaboration, which will instead by lead track 'Do It Again', which will be released on 28 April 2014. There will be a full Royksopp album later in 2014, and it will include two of the five songs featured on the mini-album.
"This 5 track mini-album is the accumulation and embodiment of the synergy between Robyn and ourselves," say Royksopp of the new work. "We've intended this to be a diverse yet cohesive and thought through musical venture; it's meant to be an expression where pop & art reign side by side."
"Svein and Torbjörn and I started working on new music in the beginning of 2013, I´ve been going back and forth to Bergen to record and write with the boys up until recently," adds Robyn. "Collaborating with S & T is something I enjoy very much. In the beginning we just knew we wanted to do something together and then it started to feel more like a band thing than songs for a Röyksopp or Robyn album so we´re releasing this music together as a band you could say."
The tracklisting for the Do It Again mini album is as follows
1. Monument
2. Sayit
3. Do It Again
4. Every Little Thing
5. Inside The Idle Hour Club
