Nile Rodgers has premiered his new solo single 'Do What You Wanna Do'. Listen to the track below.
It is an suitably summery song, which draws on elements of disco and comes complete with the the funky sounds of Rodgers' "Hitmaker" Stratocaster. It's catchy as all hell and includes lyrics like "time to play a little disco" and "it's your life it's exceptional tonight" that walk a razor thin line between cheese and brilliance. Either you'll love or hate this.

The song was written and recorded at the International Music Summit in Ibiza (IMS), over the space of three days. It also features remixes from MK, Eats Everything and Bestival head honcho Rob Da Bank.
