The Gigwise-sponsored Kendal Calling festival is just days away, but if you're lucky enough to be going, then you'd best prepare for rain. Check out the full weather forecast below.

Last year, our stage saw the likes of London Grammar, The 1975 and more - and we're thrilled to be returning once again with another stellar bill to accompany the likes of headliners Frank Turner, Suede and Example in the beautiful Lake District setting.

As well as music, real ale, and a whole lot more, it also looks like it might rain - according to the latest forecast from the BBC:

Thursday 31 July: A mixture of light and heavy rain with brief bursts of sun throughout the day, with temperatures reaching a high of 17°C.
Friday 1 August: Yes, more light and heavy rain throughout the day, with a chance of some sun - with temperatures again peaking at 17°C.
Saturday 2 August: Heavy rain with highest temperatures at 17°C. Are you seeing a pattern emerge?
Sunday 3 August: Thundery showers are predicted, with temperatures reaching 19°C.

Our takeover of the Calling Out stage takes place on Friday 1 August, and will be headlined by Doves frontman turned solo star Jimi Goodwin,Findlay, Admiral Fallow, Amber Run, Kimberly Anne, The Ramona Flowers, Sienna, Nordic Giants and House Of Thieves.

Kendal Calling takes place at Lowthdeer Park in the Lake District from Thursday 31 July to Sunday 3 August, and will see performances from Suede, Frank Turner, Example, De La Soul, Miles Kane, 2ManyDJs, Happy Mondays, Tom Odell, Clean Bandit, Reel Big Fish, Zane Lowe, Frightened Rabbit and many more.
