Drake is the latest musician to take party in the ever more ridiculous ice bucket challenge, he chose to nominate Beyoncé.
The trend has seen famous American's attempting to present themselves as philanthropists by either dumping ice water over the heads, or forefitting and donating to charity. It aims to raise awareness for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedde,“Weird” Al Yankovic and indie rockers Cage The Elephant have taken part to name a few.
Drake is the latest to avoid donating to charity, stopping proceedings at the Drake Vs. Lil Wayne tour on Sunday (17 August) to soak himself in water. He then chose to nominate Beyoncé who has 24 hours to respond, or give money to those in need.

While it remains to be seen how Beyoncé responds, we're hoping that she follows in Obama's foot steps and does the right thing by donating to charity. Otherwise, it's just another famous wet person.
