Gerard Way has announed details of an intimate Reading and Leeds warm-up gig in Portsmouth this week. Full dates and ticket details are below.
The MCR turned solo star was set to make his UK debut and bring his new album Hesitant Alien to R+L this weekend, but after teasing that a warm-up gig may be on its way, Way has now revealed that he'll be playing a small show to just 400 fans at the Wedgewood Rooms on Wednesday 20 August.
He tweeted:

Gerard Way will play the Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms on Wednesday 20 August, with tickets on sale at 9am tomorrow (Tuesday 19 August, 2014). For tickets and more information, visit here.
