Pharrell's song 'Happy' has become the most downloaded track in the UK ever.

According to the Official Charts Company the song has been downloaded 1.62 million times since its release date.

The second most downloaded track on the list is Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines', which is produced by Pharell and the sixth is 'Get Lucky' - Pharell's collaboration with Daft Punk.

'Happy' was released on 21 November 2013. The lead single from Pharell's second studio album Girl, it was also featured on Despicable Me 2 soundtrack. 'Happy' was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song, but, unfortunately, lost to the inescapable 'Let It Go' from Frozen.

Pharrell's 'Happy' has also been streamed over 223,000,000 times on Spotify.

Pharrell will perform two gigs in London this October. Find the tour dates below. For tickets and further information, visit here
