After Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in a bathtub last month, police are now investigating suspicious injuries found on her face and mouth.
Days before the third anniversary of her mother's death, the 21-year-old was discovered by her husband Nick Gordon, who attempted CPR before she was rushed to hospital.
Police spokeswoman Lisa Holland described to CNN the actions of her husband and friend after she was found: "They called 911, started CPR on her, and police arrived first. We took over the lifesaving measures until the fire/rescue and an ambulance arrived. Please keep her and the family in your thoughts and prayers."
According to TMZ's sources, due to the swelling on the brain, Bobbi Kristina has been placed in a medically-induced coma. The case is not being treated as an attempted suicide, but it is being investigated as a drug overdose.
Now further developments have led police to begin an investigation into possible foul play, after injuries were discovered on her face and mouth.
