Unless you're living under a rock, you're probably pretty stoked about the return of Game Of Thrones. Well, there's more than the series premiere to be excited about.
The long-awaited season 5, which is supposedly more shocking than the Red Wedding, has hit promo overdrive with video games, cinema releases and now a mixtape. Previously HBO put out Catch The Throne: Vol.1 which featured Big Boi, Daddy Yankee, Common and Wale, which was streamed 2.5 million times. Now they are releasing Vol.2.
This time around, a range of artists will feature from the world of rap and metal, with 15 tracks based round the show's themes of ice and fire. It has been confirmed that Snoop Dogg, Method Man, Killswitch Engage and Anthrax will feature.

Commenting on the release, Snoop Dogg, who recaps the show on GGN said: "Off the top, I love Game of Thrones - I even gave my expert analysis of this season on my GGN show. It's like the rap game, it's gangster, about family, loyalty and trying to get to the top. I had to get involved. Give the fans a little bit of how I see it."
The mixtape is due for release in March and hopefully won't be as traumatic as the series is set to be.
