East India Youth has unveiled his new single 'Carousel' the first track he's releasing from his debut album on XL Recordings.
The 'Carousel' video features footage of William Doyle in a similar style to 2013's 'Looking For Someone', spinning slowly in front of a dark background to a slow building track.
Last week East India Youth announced the details of his next album, Culture Of Volume, which is due for release in April this year. 'Carousel' is the first track from the album, featuring Doyle's vocals over orchestral bass which slowly builds and fluctuates in waves.
Mixed by Graham Sutton, East India Youth's second album will be his first since signing to new label XL Recordings. It was mostly recorded in Doyle's bedroom in his home in London, and follows a very successful debut - Mercury-nominated Total Strife Forever.
