Frank Ocean's brother rickrolled fans eagerly awaiting a new album over the weekend, temporarily raising hopes that a follow-up to Channel Orange had finally surfaced.
Ocean released his first major label solo album three years ago in 2012, and was expected to release its follow-up, which was slated to be called Boys Don't Cry, last month.
That July release date was even confirmed to Billboard in April by a rep for the former Odd Future member, who explained that Boys Don't Cry was the title of a new magazine, while the album itself was untitled.
As 1 August came around over the weekend, fans began to complain on social media that the promised release date had been missed. Exploiting this furore, Ocean's younger brother Ryan Breaux posted a picture on Instagram with the caption, "It's finally out! Link in my bio."
Unfortunately, the link in his bio took fans to the iTunes page for Rick Astley's 'Never Gonna Give You Up'.
This isn't the first disappointment for Frank Ocean fans - after James Blake announced Ocean as an addition to the 1-800 Dinosaur UK road trip back in April, he subsequently failed to appear.
