The two biggest twats in rock clashed during the Leeds Festival at the weekend when Bayshambles' Pete Doherty head butted Razorlight’s Johnny Borrell.
Doherty had reportedly gone to Razorlight’s dressing room back stage with former lover Lisa Moorish to talk with Borrell but it all ended in a hail of fists and blood as the former friends and band mates fought each other.
A source told this mornings Sun: “Lisa and Pete popped in to say hello to Johnny. She was with him all day while Kate is in Ibiza. They sat around having a few drinks. But something triggered in side Pete. He got up and headbutted Johnny – it was a heavy hit.”
The witness added: “Johnny was in agony with blood running down his face. He punched back and landed one on Pete, who was dragged away by security.”
Doherty later admitted that he’d attacked Borrell, he said: “I’ve been staggering around trying to see a band. But I head butted Johnny Borrell. So I’ve got to go really.”
