Courtney Love has spoken out about her ongoing feud with former friend, collaborator and lover Billy Corgan, saying that she wants to bury the hatchet.
The pair have been at loggerheads for a number of years, with Corgan seemingly unhappy about being uncredited on songs that he allegedly wrote for her (among other, much more personal claims).
Now, after making amends with her late husband Kurt Cobain's former bandmates Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic at Nirvana's induction in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame earlier this year, Love has told Paper that now she wants to end her feud with Smashing Pumpkins' Billy Corgan.
"The only person I'm concerned about is Corgan," she said. "I'm like, 'What is your problem?'"
She added: "I just wish he'd mellow out. That's all. We're older. Get over it."
Love and Corgan dated were in a relationship before she married Kurt Cobain. Corgan is also credited for writing songs on Hole's Celebrity Skin LP, and four on their 2010 LP, Nobody's Daughter - which is when their arguments kicked off again.
In 2010, Corgan tweeted: "If you can't write your own songs, maybe you should just be happy that you fooled someone into doing your work for you."
He then told Rolling Stone: "I have no interest in supporting her in any way, shape or form. You can't throw enough things down the abyss with a person like that."
In separate solo news, Love is currently working on her autobiography and new album while planning to reunite the classic Hole line-up next year, while Corgan is reissuing the Smashing Pumpkins' classic Adore and working on two new records.
