After a string of Kickstarter campaigns, the latest bid by fans to attract Foo Fighters to play a gig in their town is pretty inventive - by over 1,000 of them covering 'Learn To Fly' at once.
Earlier this year, a successful Kickstarter campaign saw the band to play Virginia in the US, before a similar one to bring the band to Birmingham in the UK reached its target and another campaign for Dave Grohl and co to play in Cornwall smashed through it's £150,000 target, raising £163,426.
Now, here's a campaign with a twist. This time, 1,000 fans in the Northern Italian city of Cesena have pledged to cover the band's classic 'Learn To Fly' in a bid to attract their attention.
Visit the campaign's website here, and watch a video about their efforts below. We don't speak Italian, but it looks a lot of fun.
