Lily Allen has spoken up about her love of Miley Cyrus as a live performer - comparing her to Oasis and The Stone Roses.
The Sheezus singer and Bangerz star are due to team up for a tour of the US together this year, which is sure to upset even more conservative parents in middle America.
Allen hailed Cyrus as a 'fearless bitch' during a New York gig earlier this year, but now she has praised her live performance in a new interview with Billboard.
"I saw it at the O2 in London [in May], and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best shows that I've seen in years," said Allen. "It's up there with an Oasis show or the Stone Roses or something. It's kind of incredible to watch -- she's a real force. There's no two ways about it, she's meant to be up there doing that."
She continued: "She's incredible, and she has such a presence. Her personality is what shines through. I'm not close to Miley, I don't know her very well, but I feel proud of her."
Speaking of Cyrus transformation as an artist, Allen added: "It must have been very tough for her to make that transition from the Disney star of 'Hannah Montana' into herself, essentially. People don't really like change in this day and age, and not only has she succeeded in changing her complete persona, but she's done it in an in-your-face way, which I love. I'm all for that kind of stuff."
