'I felt I was in a band and every single person was just killing it.'
Tim Burgess and Kurt Wagner - 'Oh Men': Tim Burgess is possibly the busiest survivor of Britpop. He's set up his own eco-friendly pop-up coffee shop Tim Peaks, he's running O Genesis records which has put out some great material from the likes of Slowgun and Hatcham Social. Last year he released a solo album that was inspired by and worked on with Kurt Wagner of alternative country band Lambchop. For Record Store 2014 they released this co-written song, and brought in New York composer Peter Gordon on saxophone.

Nick Oliveri has spoken out about his time in supergroup Teenage Time Killers, describing the project as "great fun" among other things.
In an in depth interview with Consequence of Sound, the former Queens of the Stone Age bassist and Mondo Generator frontman praised his contemporaries for the project, which included Dave Grohl, Slipknot's Corey Taylor, Black Flag's Keith Morris and others.
"It was great fun. I felt I was in a band and every single person in the band was just killing it. Everybody just kind of rose to the occasion" the bassist explained when asked what it was like to play with the Foo Fighters frontman.
"Everybody involved was not just a great name, but a great friend and a great musician. Nobody could do what those guys do. It was great playing with him (Grohl). It makes you go home and practice. That’s a great thing. You don’t want to be the weak link."
