Slaves have been announced to play an intimate secret set at Glastonbury this afternoon (28 June).
Announced by the BBC just moments ago, it has been revealed that the visceral Kent duo will be playing on the BBC Introducing Stage at 3pm today, after storming a full-capacity John Peel Tent yesterday afternoon.
Roaring through tracks from their debut album Are You Satisfied? The punk pair brought crowdsurfing manta rays, talk of Big Foot and a primal energy to yesterday's show, a mix of elements that only look set to be heightened in one of the festival's smallest stages.
This is one of many secret sets that have happened over the weekend, with the likes of Wolf Alice, Drenge, Bastille and The Libertines all performing unnanounced across the festival site.
Glastonbury's final day continues with performances from Patti Smith, Lionel Richie, Death Cab For Cutie and a headline performance from The Who.
Stay tuned to Gigwise for live updates from across the Glastonbury site.
