Lamar headlined the second night of Montreal's Osheaga Festival over the weekend, during which he performed tracks from Good Kid M.A.A.D City and To Pimp A Butterfly, as well as his verse from A$AP Rocky's 'Fuckin' Problems'.
As Pigeons and Planes reports, just before launching into 'King Kunta', Lamar spotted Yasiin Bey, better known by his former stage name Mos Def, side of stage. After a bit of encouragement from Lamar, who explained that Bey inspired him to start rapping, he came on-stage to dance.
Shortly thereafter, Lamar passed Bey the microphone and the pair treated fans to a rendition of 'Alright'.
