When the project was announced via social media last month with very few solid details, (Chance did call it a "masterpiece") many of us were left scratching our heads. What did the pair have in store for listeners?
We’ve had a listen and can confirm that it provides your ears with exactly what it says on the tin - the two prolific MCs going off the top over some beats that last more than 9 minutes. Wonderful madness.
Via Instagram, Chance said “It’s called #free and yes it’s real. Conceived from magic, love, acid and bases. We made this the moment we met."

This is Chance’s first release since he dropped his expansive Surf project with Donnie Trumpet and the Social Experiment.
Everybody should just be thankful that the Based God survived a raging fire in his apartment earlier this year and made it to this moment.
