Donald Trump opted for The Rolling Stones' 'Heart of Stone' as his walk on music at last night's Inauguration concert. Delightful news for Stones fans, we're sure. Check out the footage below.
The new President and First Lady walked down the steps of the Lincoln Memorial to the 1965 hit as screens flashed with "Make America Great Again".

As Spin points out, the track hardly seems appropriate for such event - given what many fear of Trump's stance on women's rights, with lyrics such as: "There’ve been so many girls that I’ve known / I’ve made so many cry and still I wonder why / Here comes the little girl / I see her walking down the street / She’s all by herself / I try and knock her off her feet”. ...Wow.
Trump chose, as his intro song as he walked down Lincoln Memorial steps, "Heart of Stone" - a song about bullying women into crying

It's not the first time Trump has expressed his love for Mick Jagger and co, with other classic Stones tracks "You Can't Always Get What You Want" and "Sympathy For The Devil" being used in campaign playlists, despite The Stones' disapproval.
The band insisted that they did not give Trump permission to use any of their material, and had "requested that they cease all use immediately.”
In an even more bizarre twist in the story, it was previously reported that Keith Richards once pulled a knife on the new President back in 1989.
Did President Trump take the opportunity to troll the band who aren't happy with him using their material, or does he simply have a passionate, unstoppable love for The Stones' music?
