Duran Duran have revealed they are working with Nile Rodgers and Red Hot Chili Peppers legend John Frusciante on their forthcoming 14th album.
In a post shared on their official website yesterday (10 August), the group confirmed the production team for their latest record which includes, Rodgers, Frusciante and Mark Ronson.
Rodgers has worked with the group in the past, as the Chic frontman produced 1984 track ‘The Reflex’ as well as taking co-production duties on 1986’s Notorious LP, and working on several tracks from 2004’s Astronaut.
Needless to say, we think he knows what he’s doing.

Ronson has also worked with Duran Duran on the majority of their recent material, whilst Jon Frusciante’s guitar work on the album will be his first time collaborating with the group.
The as-yet untitled album is tentatively scheduled for a Spring 2015 release.
