Lily Allen is being sued by her former tour management company for £100,000 for 'breaking contract'.
EC1 Music Agency have filed a lawsuit at London's High Court against the Sheezus star, claiming that she failed to fulfil contractual obligations on a tour planned back in 2013.
Said tour was delayed when Allen fell pregnant, but she allegedly told the firm to continue planning for a tour her return in 2014-2015. However, she then signed to the Creative Artists Agency in the US to carry out the tour plans.
EC1 are now fighting for £100,000 in compensation from Allen for allegedly breaking and to cover costs. Allen's lawyers told the Mail on Sunday that they "will be defending the matter vigorously".
